Privacy Policy
Effective June 10, 2026
1. Who we are
Plurality AI is operated by Tendra Advisory LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use pluralityai.com, the API, and the MCP server, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact for privacy matters: thormatt@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and authentication records, managed through Supabase.
- Deliberation content — the questions you submit, the model responses, analytics, and verdicts. These are stored in your archive so you can revisit and export them.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store your subscription tier, credit balance, and usage records. Your card details never touch our servers.
- Usage analytics — product events (e.g. which deliberation mode you ran) and error reports via PostHog, so we can fix problems and improve the product.
- Technical logs — server logs (timestamps, request metadata, error details) for security and reliability.
3. How your questions are processed
To run a deliberation, the text you submit is sent to third-party AI model providers (via OpenRouter) and, if you enable web grounding, to Perplexity. Those providers process your question to generate responses, subject to their own data policies. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with model providers — and avoid submitting other people's personal data.
4. How we use data
We use your data to operate the Service (run deliberations, maintain your archive, meter credits, process payments), to secure it (abuse prevention, debugging), and to improve it (aggregate usage analytics). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your deliberation content to train models.
5. Processors we rely on
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Stripe — payments and subscription management
- OpenRouter — routing to AI model providers
- Perplexity — web grounding (only when you enable it)
- PostHog — product analytics and error tracking
- Vercel — application hosting
6. Retention
Deliberation archives are retained according to your plan's archive window (shown on the pricing page) or until you delete them. Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete individual archive entries in the app; for account deletion or any other request, email thormatt@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage for authentication sessions (Supabase) and analytics (PostHog, stored in localStorage). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
9. Security and children
Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per account, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law. The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the "Effective" date above will be updated.
