Terms of Service
Effective June 10, 2026
1. Who we are
Plurality AI ("Plurality", "we", "us") is operated by Tendra Advisory LLC ("the Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plurality AI website, API, and MCP server (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Plurality runs your questions through panels of third-party AI models and returns synthesized results — deliberations, votes, forecasts, analytics, and verdicts. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or investment advice, and you should not rely on them as such. AI models can be confidently wrong; you are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials (including API keys) confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis at the prices shown on our pricing page. Plans include a monthly credit allowance that is consumed by deliberations based on model usage; unused monthly credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise on the pricing page. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — if something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will make it right where we reasonably can. Prices and plan features may change; we will give notice of material changes before they apply to an existing subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
- attempt to probe, breach, or circumvent the Service's security, rate limits, or credit accounting;
- resell or redistribute the Service or systematically extract its outputs to build a competing service;
- submit content you do not have the right to submit;
- use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, harass, or harm.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content and our IP
You retain ownership of the questions and content you submit and, to the extent we have any rights in them, the outputs generated for you. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — to process your questions through third-party model providers, store your deliberations in your archive, and display them back to you. The Service itself — software, design, analytics methods, and branding — belongs to the Company and its licensors.
7. Third-party models
Deliberations are executed by third-party AI models (accessed via OpenRouter and similar providers). Your submitted questions are transmitted to those providers to generate responses. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the behavior of third-party models.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make in reliance on AI-generated output.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it for breach of these Terms, to comply with law, or upon discontinuation of the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections 6–10 survive termination.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Tendra Advisory LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the "Effective" date above will be updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
